Share the #OK2SAYNO message

By sharing the #OK2SAYNO hashtag and message, you’ll be helping us to spread far and wide a message that's saving rural lives. Whether you want to share the message on your socials or simply find out more information about supporting your mates, head to the #OK2SAYNO page where you’ll discover what you can do to get involved and ensure all our mates are included and catered for, no matter the choice of drink in their hands.

Make a donation

Getting involved by making a donation is a way to directly help us in our life-saving work. Donations enable us to fund more partnerships with leading Alcohol and Drug organisations so that we can close the gaps and bring much-needed support to our rural and remote Australians. They can also help us expand our online Bush Tribe peer support group, and more. Head to our Donate page to make a real difference for rural Australians affected by alcohol harm.

Support The Amplification Project

We are seeking donors, partners, and contributors for The Amplification Project (TAP) ... our most important work to date where we film and share authentic and aspirational stories of hope from real people who’ve transformed their lives by cutting back or cutting out booze. You can get involved by donating to support us to film and share more stories, becoming a funding partner, or submitting your own story for the project.

Invite Shanna to speak

Our founder and CEO, Shanna Whan (AM), is a national keynote speaker who has travelled Australia (upon invitation) for a decade - from dusty paddocks to the Opera House and all between! Shan uses bush humour, bush honesty, and a lifetime of lived experience to help equip communities on how to easily be part of culture change in their own backyards, whether they're drinkers or non-drinkers. Visit the Book Shanna page to book Shanna or send us an enquiry.

Grab some merch

Grabbing and wearing our merchandise and having an awesome conversation with anyone who asks you about it is a fantastic and easy way to show support. We love nothing more than seeing our #OK2SAYNO and SITC logos in communities and on your socials (don't forget to tag us!). You can shop here any time.  We have an awesome range of merchandise, from T-shirts to work shirts, trucker caps and bucket hats to stickers and gym tanks.

Share your story

It is our wish to share stories from all across rural and remote Australia of those choosing a life in the bush with less beers or no beers. We share your stories across our socials with the greatest of love and care. Click here if you'd like to get involved by sharing your story. Whether you're 18 or 80, you're reducing or you've quit - rural stories are how we change and save lives. Soon, we're launching our podcast, too - so feel free to let us know if you'd like to take part.
